Nor shall Client sublicense others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.> you may not claim the commission as your own work, nor remove my signature. you may post the art to your toyhouse, f-list or any art 'storage' site.
> you may not post it in your own gallery on FA, dA, e621.net, any boorus, twitter, reddit or any other art gallery sites or on any sites i've personally posted it without my personal permission. if permission is given, you must provide proper credit and guide people to the original (my) post.
> rules for refsheets and adoptables may vary. scroll down to read them.> these prices and rules are for private individuals only. if you wish to commission an artwork for commercial use, we may discuss about it further.> i reserve the right to refuse any commission i do not want to do for any reason.>text-only references may increase the cost of the commission.> NSFW and gore is ok! ask me about specific kinks, i am ok with most things.> no refunds once i have started the drawing process. after this point, i will refund only if i am myself unable to finish the commission. make sure to check examples of the quality of my art and previous commissions i've done to make sure you want art made by me before commissioning me to avoid disappointment.> all major edits can be requested and done in the sketch phase. please make sure to give clear description of the idea for the image, clear references for the character and so on to avoid any confusion.> WIPs will be provided upon request.> my turnaround time is from 1 week to 2 months, depending on the sice of the commission. i have a carpal tunnel syndrome on my dominant hand, so that might limit how much i can squeeze out in one sitting.rules regarding refsheets/adoptables/designer work;
> if you commission a refsheet, you are allowed to repost it in your own galleries.
> if you buy an adoptable from me, you are allowed to repost its ref to your own galleries. you also may trade it or gift it away, but you are not allowed to sell it for higher amount you had bought it.
> if you want to commission me a ref and design the character for you, and then use the design commercially, it needs to be properly discussed.
> if you want to use the adopted character commercially, we have to discuss about it.
